Do you store or see my answers?

How is the score calculated?
Twelve questions across four categories - data & documentation, suppliers & supply chain, systems & technology, and process & ownership - each scored 0-3 points. The total is scaled to a 0-100 readiness score, with a breakdown per category and a ranked action list.
