Do I have to be DPP-compliant right now, and do I need a named person responsible for it?
It depends on your product category - batteries above 2kWh become mandatory from 18 February 2027, with other categories phased in through 2027-2030 as their delegated acts are adopted (see the Timeline on the homepage for your category's date). Even before your deadline lands, it's worth naming an internal owner now: someone accountable for tracking the applicable delegated act and coordinating the data-gathering work this tool helps with, since the economic operator placing the product on the EU market is legally responsible for the passport.
Where are my tags saved?
Only in your own browser's local storage. We don't see or store your tags on a server - they'll still be there if you come back on the same device and browser, but clearing your browser data will remove them.
What export formats are supported?
A CSV download (category, field, status) generated entirely in your browser, and a print-friendly view you can save as a PDF using your browser's own print dialog.
